Commitment to supporters

 

At Practical Action we promise not to sell or take part in reciprocal arrangements which share the details of supporters, enquirers or any other data.

We do not undertake telemarketing to recruit new supporters. If you do become a supporter, we may call you from time to time, unless you have told us not to, and write to you regularly to update you on the appeals you have supported and give you details of how you can continue to help us do our amazing work. Having asked our supporters about the frequency of our mailings the majority think we’ve got it just about right but you can contact us at any time if you'd like to alter the number of mailings you receive from us.

We have an in-house team dedicated to responding to our supporters’ enquiries so you can be sure when you ring Practical Action you'll be speaking to one of our team who will do everything they can to answer your enquiry.
