Energy access ecosystems
The Poor people's energy outlook 2012: Energy for earning a living report (PPEO 2012) proposes the idea of ‘energy access ecosystems’ as a framework for international action. For poor people to have greater access to energy services and appliances, a wide range of people and organisations have a role to play. Practical Action feels the best way to measure an energy access ecosystem is through policy, capacity and finance indicators. View chapter 4 of the PPEO 2012 to learn more about our framework for action here.
