Important information

  • Please note that one FREE PACK of cards will be despatched with every four card packs purchased (eg buy four packs and receive one pack free; buy eight packs receive two packs free etc). The design of the FREE PACK will be chosen by us at random from a selection of designs that have featured in a previous year’s Christmas Cards leaflet. Each FREE PACK will contain at least 8 cards and envelopes.
  • All orders will be despatched within 28 days of receipt, although our aim will be to send them out within 14 days where possible.
  • To guarantee the delivery of your cards and/or calendar(s) before Christmas, please place your order by Monday 7th December 2009 at the latest.
  • Great care has been taken to ensure that your cards are available and that they have been described accurately at the time of going to press. However if an item is sold out or the specifications have altered we reserve the right to offer an alternative or a refund.
  • Damaged items will only be refunded or exchanged on return.
