PAC Business Head

About the role

We are looking for a competent PAC Business Head to play a vital role in Nepal for Practical Action Consulting’s overall management and business development to add value and impact through strategic inputs. S/he is accountable to provide support across core areas of the strategy in achieving change and impact, strengthening organisational profile, supporting in the generation of funds and managing relationships and delivering performance. The position is also responsible for articulating Practical Action Consulting’s contribution towards Practical Action’s global change ambitions and build and nurture strategic relationships including government, private sector, community institution and development partners in support of these change ambitions.

About you

You have proven experience in fundraising, management, and partnership development, with strong knowledge of national and international development contexts. You have held leadership roles within consulting firms or similar organizations, with excellent understanding of Nepal’s consulting context, government structures, donor environment, and NGO/consultancy dynamics. You bring leadership capabilities, the ability to represent teams and the organization, and expertise in institutional donors, CSR, philanthropy, and fund-raising strategy development. You have strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Nepali languages.
