A secondary Upd8 from The ASE and Practical Action

In this Global secondary update pupils look at how the Tanzanian Government  has solved problems caused by iodine deficiency by  adding iodine to their salt.  They work scientifically to discover why iodine is so important to diet, and make an informed decision as to whether or not it should be added to salt in the UK.
