Practical Action announces a trainee opportunity for fresh women graduates in communications, management, business development, social work or any other related field to work for Practical Action Nepal Office.

About the role

The trainee will work with the Business Development and Communications Team of Practical Action. The trainee will assist to strengthening the Business Development function at Practical Action, support the team in profiling current works, and position for future opportunities. The trainee will assist in proposal development, donor engagement, and partnership activities, as well as provide support with documentation, donor reporting, and other related tasks as needed.

About you

You have a bachelor’s degree in management, development studies, communications, social work or any other related field. You are eager to learn and contribute to the areas of fundraising, donor relations, and proposal development. You have good research, writing, and organizational skills with attention to detail. You are enthusiastic about working with a diverse team, willing to take on challenges, and apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting.
