The INSPIRE Team Leader is responsible for designing, planning and overall implementation of the LFSP INSPIRE project including budget management. The Team Leader also represents Practical Action at relevant and appropriate platforms and fora. S/he is responsible for preparing donor reports and also supports the Practical Action management team in developing internal policies and guidelines. S/he will be based in Mutare/Rusape with frequent travel to the field (Districts).Qualifications and competences:


  • Master’s degree in a related field;
  • Graduate degree related to Agriculture.
  • Profile raising and networking
  • Human Resources management
  • Finance and Budget management
  • Knowledge brokering

Relevant Job Experience
At least five years programme management experience with 4 years in managing agriculture and/or environment projects preferably in a nongovernmental organisation.
