Reporting to the Knowledge Manager for the Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance you will be an innovative and effective communicator. Working closely with Practical Action’s offices in Nepal, Peru and Bangladesh, you will ensure lessons are captured and communicated to key audiences in order to bring about change. In addition, you will give substantial support to the Flood Resilience Program staff in Head Office, providing content and marketing support to the Flood Resilience Portal.

About you

The successful candidate will be skilled in producing excellent written content in English and managing publication and communication processes. You will ideally have experience of curating online content and building digital communities of practice. Finally, you will have excellent administration and organisation skills, along with experience of working in a complex multicultural environment.
