Natural Resource Management

The perspective of this paper is that NRM should contribute to poverty alleviation, and that natural resources should be used in a sustainable manner to enhance human welfare. While poverty alleviation and sustainable NRM are generally compatible, difficult tradeoffs may occur at times.
