Making Chocolate in Peru: The pleasure of teaching

Mirla Felices and Rosa García are teachers in different classrooms, but they both have the same determination and objective to ensure that their pupils replicate their lessons. They both learnt directly or indirectly from the Food Technologies Handbooks that Practical Action took to the Parcota community so that the women there could learn to be financially independent.
