Hospital Strategic Ward Plan

The specific objectives of this plan are to: • Provide a framework to guide the implementation of social, economic, and physical development, ·Identify priority issues requiring urgent attention due to their impacts on livelihoods especially on environment, poor men, women, children and other vulnerable groups, • Identify resource potentials both local (LATF, CDF) and external and coordinate the implementation of priority projects in the ward to facilitate overall socio-economic development, • Provide a long term strategy for growth and development in the ward.
