Flood Early Warning System through SMS in Nepal

This documentary describes how a collaborative work with a media influence national policy and practice to saving lives, properties and livelihoods of flood prone communities in Nepal. Practical Action worked together with "The Talk of the Town" to bring problems, potentials to solve and evidences of successes that influenced national stakeholders and resulted into agreement and operationalisation of enhanced communication on flood early warning.
