Application of the district-wide approach in 5 pilot districts of Rwanda : lessons learned

Between 2017 and 2019, the District-Wide Approach for water and sanitation services was piloted in five districts in Rwanda. This Agenda for Change learning note found that the approach was relevant and effective although it does require sufficient financial and human resources.
