A discussion paper on liberalization of seed supply in Sri Lanka: major policy issues

This study discusses the different implication of the liberalizations of seed industry in Sri Lanka and  suggests possible recommendations for improvements of the existing policies  on the basis of primary and secondary findings of the study.
