The Head of Programme Delivery plays a leadership role within the RMT and is accountable for ensuring effective and high quality delivery of all projects and awards implemented by Practical Action in Nepal, including management of sub-awards to partners. S/he shall ensure timely delivery of all projects and awards, ensure gender, knowledge management, communications and technology approaches are integrated within projects, oversee high quality reports, safety and security across Practical Action’s operations in South Asia. S/he should ensure project and award management processes, tools and systems that are consistently applied across Practical Action’s delivery processes while ensuring government compliance.

The minimum qualifications required is a Master’s degree in Development, Engineering, Social Science or in any related disciplines with at least ten years’ experience of project/award management, at least half of that in management position and preferably with experience of managing multiple awards.
