Practical Action have an exciting opportunity for a Global Reward Specialist to join their existing global Human Resource team.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and acting as a specialist partner to the UK and all regional/country offices you will be responsible for leading and developing a Reward approach that enables us to deliver our strategic plan.This will include leading a global project to review how we reward our people, in support of attracting and developing strategic talent and developing required professional capabilities.This will include coaching and supporting Directors and managers, leading on the design and creation of professional grade maps, how we benchmark, pay progression etc.

An experienced and credible Reward professional, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies.You will have a proven track record of adding value and can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills. This exciting and influential role will cover the UK as well as seven overseas offices therefore flexibility on international travel will be essential.

This role will be based in the UK, near Rugby, Warwickshire and is offered on a two year fixed term basis.It is full time with the option of agreeing a flexible working pattern. The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live and work in the UK.There will be significant international travel.
