Administrative Coordinator - Fundraising Department

Are you a multi-skilled team player with a passion for coordinating people and projects? We have a vacancy for a Coordinator to support a variety of teams in our fundraising department.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join us in providing administrative support across the Public Fundraising and Partnership and Philanthropy teams. This position also provides high level and confidential administrative support to the Head of Public Fundraising, developing and maintaining reporting schedules and key deadlines.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied role with a range of responsibilities. From developing a SharePoint site, planning away days, to checking proposals and reports, no day is ever exactly the same. This position also offers a great opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects, for example coordinating the completion of key departmental grants.

The post holder will have excellent project, administrative and organisational skills to be able to respond to a varied and fast moving agenda. Educated to ‘A’ Level standard, the successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised.
