Administration Coordinator – International Directorate

Practical Action is recruiting: if you are a talented and skilled administrative coordinator our International Director would love to hear from you. 

Practical Action is an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) that uses sustainable technology to challenge poverty in developing countries and improve the lives of people worldwide.

We find out what people are doing and help them to do it better. Through technology we enable poor communities to build on their skills and knowledge to produce sustainable and practical solutions- transforming their lives forever and protecting the world around them.

The successful candidate will provide confidential high level support to the International Director - including diary management and travel arrangements. The role will suit someone who is seeking a varied role, who has the ability to manage their own competing workload. There will be a wide range of responsibilities from analysing budget spend to producing reports for team meetings. You will have excellent internal communication, IT and organising skills and be prepared to travel occasionally to Africa Asia or Latin America.
