Sri Lanka already experiences the impacts of climate change. Mutubanda has grown rice half his life but the increasing frequency and duration of droughts are threatening his harvest. He uses traditional drought-resistant seed varieties to adapt to the changing conditions. Even this method of adaptation is under threat as the probability of future droughts increases as a result of climate change. This is one story of many.
