Practical Action ventured out to UK Aware, the UK's largest green lifestyle show. There were lots of discussions, including one on the Robin Hood Tax where our Director, Andrew Scott participated in a lively debate.  Alongside that there were workshops, plus lots of exhibitors showcasing their products and services, ranging from cars to computers, from fashion to food and from travel to advice services.

It was a great opportunity for us to let more people know about Practical Action, and how the simple, sustainable solutions that we promote, like micro hydro schemes or zeer pots, can change people’s lives around the world.

During the event we ran a competition to win a Glowstar solar lantern.  We're pleased to announce the winner is:
