From Ortis Deley, TV presenter, DJ and former host of The Gadget Show ...

On 9th June 2012, I am taking part in Nightrider, a unique 100 km bike ride through London at night.  Just to make it a bit harder, I'll be going to do my radio show at Choice FM straight afterwards, so that could be interesting!

I am doing this for Practical Action - a really inspiring organisation who focus on using technology to make a real difference to the lives of some of poorest people in world.  Innovative gadgets and widgets that aren't necessarily leading edge technology, but they are appropriate technology that, very simply, transform lives.

Although I'm sure it will be fun, it's still going to be tough.  So any sponsorship will really help to keep me going and know that what I'm doing will help to make a real difference.
