Join Practical Action Nightrider 2012 as we take to the streets of London for an amazing charity bike ride at night.

Be part of this unique London charity cycle challenge event in the Olympic year and join hundreds of other cyclists and see over 50 of our great capital's most famous landmarks by the magic of moonlight, whilst cycling 100km and raising money for our fabulous charity, Practical Action. You'll get to see Tower Bridge, a deserted City of London, Canary Wharf, Hampstead Heath, London Zoo, Piccadilly Circus, British Museum, London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Albert Hall and Battersea Power Station.

This challenge is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully supported bike ride around London at night during 2012 Olympic year.

Why join the Practical Action Nightrider 2012 team?

  • A Practical Action welcome pack, full of fundraising tips and advice
  • A Practical Action cycling t-shirt
  • Dedicated challenge events staff to help with any fundraising or events questions

Practical Action’s work helps millions of people across the developing world support themselves out of poverty. Bikes are just one of the technologies that we use in Nepal. Here bikes can be used with trailers for transporting goods and also as bike ambulances, ensuring people can get the urgent medical attention they require.
