The East African Leasing Convention 
was recently held in Nairobi on 30^th March 2004.

This was the 9^th Leasing Convention organised by the African Leasing Association. 

This convention built on work already done at the 
1^st Kenyan Leasing Congress held in November 2003 in Nairobi, 
which introduced the concept of leasing and disseminated information 
and materials about leasing in the Kenyan context.
