We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Chief Executive, including management of diaries, meetings, travel, and expenses as necessary.

The Executive Assistant is a key role in the efficient running of an ambitious and growing international organisation working to transform the way technology is used to improve the lives of people living in, or vulnerable to poverty. The Executive Assistant will provide active support to the Chief Executive ensuring the smooth running of the day to day activities of the office.

In the role you will manage day to day correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive, including emails, post and phones in a timely manner. Coordinating travel arrangements in the UK and overseas, you will schedule meetings, oversee the submission of expense claims and manage general expenses and team budgets. Supporting effective communications from the Chief Executive’s Office, including collating reports, updating internal websites and drafting and checking external communications and presentations, the Executive Officer will resolve day to day business issues as they arise.

Qualified to A level or with equivalent experience in a similar role, you will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and possess a flexible and positive attitude. Significant experience of working with senior management, ideally in a similar organisation, and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels, the successful candidate will be financially and IT literate, have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and understand the importance of dealing with information in a confidential manner.
